We participated in Singapore Fintech Festival 2019 for the second year where we showcased China Taiping Group’s five latest innovative technology solutions to deliver greater customer experience.

  1. Xiao Zhi, a robot master for video claim - provides efficient motor claims via real-time video surveillance.
  2. Smart Service Centre - provides intelligent customer service using facial and voice recognition to identify customers, AI health check and iATM insurance self-services.
  3. Voice print recognition - identifies and registers  customers’ voices into database for various activities such as call centre, anti-financial fraud, etc.
  4. “Elephant of Peace” Smart Speaker - an AI-enabled speaker who can provide insurance advice.
  5. AI quantitative investment - AI-enabled data analysis and provides recommendations on investment with better risks control and higher returns.
