Job Description:
- Assist Broker/FA’s Management team to achieve assigned team business target given by company.
- Assist to follows up with all broker/FA’s renewal business.
- Develop and maintain good working relationships with either international or local insurance Brokers/FAs.
- Liaise with underwriters for new and renewal quotations.
- Assist on the collection of outstanding premiums from Brokers/FA channels.
- Liaise and coordinate claims submission for existing brokers/FAs/customers.
- Any other tasks assigned by the company.
Requirements:
- Min Diploma or Degree holder with relevant professional certificates in General/Life insurance.
- Min 1 years working experience in General/Life insurance industry.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good initiative, independent, result oriented, sociable and creative.
- Bilingual in English and Chinese (to be able to communicate effectively with English and Chinese speaking associates regarding assigned tasks)
- Preferably possess a Class 3 Driving License.
