Job Description:
- Engage and maintain strong relationship with International Brokers and its representatives
- Provide support for product enquiry (pre and post sales) and new business preliminary underwriting requests.
- Co-ordinate, prepare and conduct trainings.
- Contribute to market intelligence in areas such as market updates, products and competitor offerings.
- Build and maintain client relationships of direct referral.
- Ensure smooth placement of insurance application for clients.
- Adhere to industry regulatory and compliance standards including those related to financial planning, client documentation and data privacy.
- Assist in various ad hoc tasks as required by the HOD/ Company.
Requirements:
- Degree holder in any discipline.
- Possess M5, M9, M9A and HI certificates.
- At least 3 to 5 years of relevant business development experience working with International Brokers or sales experience in the Banking industry.
- In-depth knowledge of Life insurance and financial planning principles.
- Good relationship building skills.
- High ethical standards and commitment to client confidentiality.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical mindset and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
