Job Description:
· All Work Injury Compensation claims and foreign worker medical insurance claims
· Claim processing including data entry and assessment.
· To conduct investigation when required.
· To negotiate settlement with claimants and/or solicitors.
· To provide administrative support to the team.
· To provide excellent claims handling service to clients and business partners.
· Any other jobs assigned by the Company
Requirement:
· Minimum Diploma holder.
· Customer centric, meticulous and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
· Must be able to work independently and as a team.
· Good writing skills.
· Certificate in Health Insurance, Commercial General insurance, Personal General Insurance is preferred.
· Bilingual in English and Chinese (to be able to communicate effectively with English and Chinese speaking associates regarding assigned tasks)
