Job Responsibility:
Procurement
- Manage procurement administrations including organizing meetings & minutes, maintaining procurement documentation records, compiling of various departments’ projects required for submission to Group.
- Assist in the review & approval of procurement projects.
- Assist in coordinating for self-check and preparation of report required by Group Procurement.
Administration
- China Taiping Premier Lounge Management: the booking of lounge, maintenance of lounge, provide service support & coordination for business events held in the lounge.
- Administration service for Management: process claims, apartment maintenance, and their mobile service.
- General administration work: process admin expenses invoices, name cards, letterhead & envelope printing, administration and maintenance of security access system.
- Cover receptionist duty as and when required.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma holder, preferably with 3+ years of working experience for both procurement and administration.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with customers and colleagues.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Good command of written and verbal English and Chinese (to be able to communicate effectively with English and Chinese speaking associates regarding assigned tasks)
