Head, Personal Lines"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Job Responsibility:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><em><strong>Leadership &amp; Underwriting Management<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Report directly to the Head of Department (HOD).<\/li>\n<li>Provide leadership and guidance to team members through effective delegation, performance monitoring, coaching and ensuring high quality delivery standards.<\/li>\n<li>Oversee a portfolio of clients and producers to ensure effective risk management.<\/li>\n<li>Review, check, and approve underwriting decisions made by subordinates.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><em><strong>Business Development &amp; Relationship Management<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Build and maintain strong relationships with producers to drive new business opportunities.<\/li>\n<li>Engaging intermediaries and business partners to communicate company products and policies, monitor performance, and manage credit status<strong>.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Assist the HOD to Identify, strategize and grow profitable Personal Lines products and segments.<\/li>\n<li>Conduct market research, competitor\u2019s analysis and market intelligence to support product enhancements, pricing strategies, and new product development<\/li>\n<li>Prepare new business quotations and review policy renewals; escalate cases to the HOD as needed.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><em><strong>Operational &amp; Client Management<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Support the HOD in overseeing departmental operations to ensure smooth and efficient workflow.<\/li>\n<li>Delegate responsibilities to team members and ensure quality and timely delivery of tasks.<\/li>\n<li>Handle client enquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally.<\/li>\n<li>Assist in preparing and submitting weekly and monthly performance reports.<\/li>\n<li>Perform any other duties assigned by the Company or the HOD.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Degree or Diploma holder with 8+ years of working experience in the financial sector.<\/li>\n<li>CGI and HI certifications required.<\/li>\n<li>Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Personal Lines Insurance particularly in non-motor product development and channel management is preferred.<\/li>\n<li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills.<\/li>\n<li>Proven leadership ability with experience managing and developing a team.<\/li>\n<li>Strong analytical, problem\u2011solving, and decision\u2011making
