This role involves working with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and internal policies, while enhancing the organization\u2019s overall IT risk management framework.<\/p>\n<p>IT Risk Management Framework<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Develop, implement, and maintain the organization\u2019s IT risk management framework and policies.<\/li>\n<li>Identify and assess IT risks related to operations, data protection, and third-party vendors.<\/li>\n<li>Establish and regularly update the IT risk register to ensure risks are documented and monitored.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Risk Assessment and Analysis<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Conduct IT risk assessments, including impact and likelihood analysis.<\/li>\n<li>Evaluate existing IT systems, processes, and projects for potential risks.<\/li>\n<li>Develop key risk indicators (KRIs) to monitor and track IT risk trends.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Risk Mitigation and Controls<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Design and recommend appropriate risk mitigation strategies and controls.<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with IT teams to ensure security controls are implemented and effective.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Compliance and Regulatory Requirements<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ensure IT practices comply with relevant regulations, such as MAS TRM.<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate internal and external audits related to IT risk.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Vendor and Third-Party Risk Management<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Assess risks associated with IT vendors and third-party services, including cloud providers.<\/li>\n<li>Conduct periodic reviews of vendor security practices and contracts.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Collaborate with procurement teams to ensure vendors meet security and compliance standards.<\/p>\n<p>Incident Management and Reporting<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Support the IT and security team in managing cybersecurity incidents and breaches.<\/li>\n<li>Conduct post-incident analysis to identify root causes and preventive measures.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare and present regular risk reports to senior management and stakeholders.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Any other tasks assigned by the company.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Risk Management, or a related field.<\/li>\n<li>Professional certifications such as CRISC, CISM, CISSP, or ISO 27001 Lead Auditor\/Implementer are preferred.<\/li>\n<li>Minimum 5\u20137 years of experience in IT risk management, cybersecurity, or a related field.<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of regulatory standards such as MAS TRM.<\/li>\n<li>Strong knowledge of IT risk management frameworks and methodologies.<\/li>\n<li>In-depth understanding of cybersecurity principles, IT controls, and regulatory requirements.<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency in assessing and managing third-party\/vendor risks.<\/li>\n<li>Analytical thinking and the ability to assess complex IT environments.<\/li>\n<li>Strong communication and presentation skills to interact with stakeholders at all levels.<\/li>\n<li>Experience with IT risk management tools and
