Job Description:

  • Responsible to perform front counter services such as attending to walk-in customers and intermediaries.
  • Responsible to attend to customer service hotline.
  • In-charge of renewal processing.
  • Attending to queries of intermediaries on product and underwriting matters.
  • Handling mails, cheques and policy dispatch.
  • Perform Credit card settlement daily.
  • Perform system UAT when required.
  • Any other duties assigned by the Company /HOD /Section Head



  • Diploma with at least 3 years’ relevant working experience handling motor and home insurance.
  • CGI, HI certification
  • Good spoken and written communication skills in English and Chinese and has a pleasant disposition.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
