Job Description:
· Support the Head of Department and Senior Management in company’s business strategy formulation and analysis (Candidates with actuarial or financial analysis background will be given preferred consideration).
· Support the design & implementation of corporate strategic projects & initiatives. Such projects & initiatives could be of M&A nature and therefore require dealing and coordinating with external advisors and consultants.
· Lead / support the annual corporate Business Planning exercise.
· Overview the implementation of departmental KPI setting exercise.
· Review the achievement results of departmental KPI for annual appraisal exercise.
· Assis the Senior Management to design the performance dashboard to monitor company’s KPI for both General & Life business.
· Assist the Head of Department for in-depth analysis of latest market & industry development trend.
· Perform the required meeting support for selected management meetings.
Requirement:
· Degree or above, with Business related discipline
· Candidates with insurance experience will be preferred.
· Bilingual in English and Chinese (to be able to communicate effectively with English and Chinese speaking associates regarding assigned tasks)
· Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
· Good communication and people skill
