Job Description:
· Be familiar with different types of Alternative investments including private equity, private debt, real estate, infrastructure and hedge fund. Understand different trading strategies of different asset class and their risk/return profile.
· Evaluate external fund managers on private markets, build up internal database on the managers including their investment team, flagship products, investment strategies, risk management process and track record.
· Analyse the alternative investment opportunities proposed internally, meanwhile source other potential opportunities and make recommendations.
· Perform pre-investment due diligence, analysis, and prepare investment proposals to Investment Committee.
· Perform post-investment management duties with close monitoring for investment transactions adhere to risk management guidelines and internal/external requirements.
· Any other tasks assigned by the company/ HOD.
Requirements:
· Master’s degree in finance/economics/business administration from a reputable university preferred.
· Good ability to interact with and manage key stakeholders.
· Highly motivated and a reliable person
· Proficiency in English and Mandarin (both verbal and writing) to communicate with the Group on daily basis.
