Job Description:

  • Coordinate and follow through on pre-sales activities. This also includes liaising with relevant internal stakeholders on legal and compliance reviews relating to HNW document templates from the IBs and complex collateral assignment matters.
  • Ensure new business applications from HNW customers are processed accurately and efficiently within the stipulated service standards and adhere to company guidelines and regulatory requirements.
  • Provide guidance to team members by sharing knowledge on HNW operational aspect and motivate the team members to work together as one.
  • Ensure timely follow up and processing of new business applications and accuracy in policy contract issuance for HNW customers.
  • Actively monitor the new business submission volume to ensure that there is no backlog in New Business HNW operations.
  • Maintain and update Operations Manual to ensure proper documentation of new business processes in HNW operations.
  • Manage enquiries / complaints and perform service recovery when necessary.
  • Identify inefficient process and escalate to Head of New Business for assessment and improvement.
  • Support launch of new product in terms of new business processing and conduct training for current and new staff in new business processing for HNW operations.
  • Develop and maintain excellent relationships with internal stakeholders, intermediaries and distribution channels.
  • Any other project/work assigned by the company


  • Diploma or Degree equivalent, having insurance certifications/qualifications will be an advantage.
  • Min 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in high net worth operations.
  • Possess insurance knowledge including life insurance product, underwriting concepts, business and regulatory practices, and processing.
  • Meticulous and self-motivated with initiative.
  • Customer centric and a team player with good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficient in MS Office.
