Job Responsibility:

Reporting & Analysis

• Monitor investment performance relative to benchmarks and performance targets.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and ad-hoc investment-related reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• Consolidate data across multiple investment mandates, asset classes, and managers.
• Ensure the accuracy and consistency of data used in all reports and dashboards.

Data Management & Systems

• Maintain and reconcile investment data.
• Enhance reporting processes and automate workflows.
• Troubleshoot data discrepancies and coordinate corrections with finance department, custodians and portfolio managers.

Risk Management & Compliance

• Support risk and compliance reporting requirements and ensure adherence to internal controls.
• Assist in preparing materials for Investment Committee and Board meetings.
• Contribute to documentation and continuous improvement of reporting policies and procedures.

Property Management

• Oversee external property manager in the leasing, budgeting, operations, and maintenance of investment properties.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher level, with academic background in investment, finance, economics, mathematics, statistics, computer science or similar discipline.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Excel; experience with Power BI preferred.
• Good understanding of key investment classes and how they contribute to portfolio construction and performance.
