Job Responsibility
- Manage hull policies processing and liaise with operation closely for AR aging and other matters
- Key account’s premium payable/receivable reconciliation
- System enhancement advisor as business users
- Assist in the preparation of monthly business budget execution tracking and analysis
- Prepare and submit regular and ad-hoc reports for management, head office, auditors, and relevant authorities in a timely and orderly manner
- Any other duties assigned by management.
Requirements:
- Degree or certificate in shipping management/maritime law/accounting/business
- Preferably with some working experience in a similar role
- Proficient in MS Office and Excel
- Meticulous and well organized
- Positive working attitude
- Bilingual in English and Chinese (to be able to communicate effectively with English and Chinese speaking associates regarding assigned tasks)
