Intern, Marine Underwriting

Job Responsibility

  • Manage hull policies processing and liaise with operation closely for AR aging and other matters
  • Key account’s premium payable/receivable reconciliation
  • System enhancement advisor as business users
  • Assist in the preparation of monthly business budget execution tracking and analysis
  • Prepare and submit regular and ad-hoc reports for management, head office, auditors, and relevant authorities in a timely and orderly manner
  • Any other duties assigned by management.

 

Requirements:

  • Degree or certificate in shipping management/maritime law/accounting/business
  • Preferably with some working experience in a similar role
  • Proficient in MS Office and Excel
  • Meticulous and well organized
  • Positive working attitude
  • Bilingual in English and Chinese (to be able to communicate effectively with English and Chinese speaking associates regarding assigned tasks)
