{"id":41494,"date":"2026-06-11T09:50:50","date_gmt":"2026-06-11T01:50:50","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.sg.cntaiping.com\/en\/?post_type=career&#038;p=41494"},"modified":"2026-06-11T10:23:25","modified_gmt":"2026-06-11T02:23:25","slug":"business-development-manager","status":"publish","type":"career","link":"https:\/\/www.sg.cntaiping.com\/cn\/career\/business-development-manager\/","title":{"rendered":"Business Development Manager"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Key Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Achieve sales targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) established by the Company.<\/li>\n<li>Develop, maintain, and strengthen relationships with existing and prospective clients through regular visits, meetings, and engagement activities.<\/li>\n<li>Identify and secure new business opportunities through referrals, networking, and other business development initiatives.<\/li>\n<li>Actively manage and follow up on new business opportunities, policy renewals, and cross-selling opportunities to maximize customer retention and revenue growth.<\/li>\n<li>Provide professional insurance advice and solutions tailored to clients&#8217; needs.<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate and facilitate claims submissions and related follow-up matters for existing clients to ensure excellent customer service.<\/li>\n<li>Work closely with internal departments, insurers, and business partners to ensure smooth policy administration and service delivery.<\/li>\n<li>Perform any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Manager or Head of Department (HOD).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Qualifications &amp;
