Job Description:
- Assess and accept risks for lines of business underwritten within the Dept
- Check and process new, renewal policies and endorsements submitted by intermediaries /clients
- Issue, release, upload and dispatch policy documents on a timely basis
- Ensure proper documentation procedures are adhered to according to our underwriting guidelines
- Establish business rapport and support of producers and to achieve business targets set for Dept / staff
- Handles enquiries relating to product range within the Dept
- Service customers at the front desk on a roster basis (when return to work in office)
- Any other ad-hoc jobs or project assigned by the Company / HOD
Requirement:
- Degree holder
- Good computer literacy (Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
- CGI and HI Certification
- Possess good interpersonal and communication skills
- Able to work independently as well as in a team
- Preferably at least 2 years’ experience in General Insurance industry
