Job Description:
- Check and process new, renewal policies and endorsements submitted by intermediaries/clients
- Ensure proper documentation procedures are adhered to according to our underwriting guidelines
- Issue, release, upload and despatch policy documents on a timely basis
- Service customers at the front desk on a roster basis
- Provide feedback to the HOD on matters relating to the Dept
- Any other ad-hoc jobs or project assigned by the Company / HOD.
Requirement:
- Minimum Diploma holder
- Good computer literacy (Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint)
- Preferably with insurance qualification
- Possess good interpersonal and communication skills
- Able to work independently as well as in a team
- Preferably at least 2 years’ experience in GI industry
