Job Description:

  • Plan, place, negotiate & administrate outward GI reinsurance treaty programme for the Company
  • Compile treaty statistics and conduct business analysis
  • Prepare and issue treaty technical statement of accounts
  • Handle Cash Call/XOL treaty claims recoveries
  • Handle inward treaty run-off
  • Handle reinsurance reporting
  • Coordinate with IT for system enhancement
  • Monitor reinsurance activities and report on any irregularities
  • Conduct reinsurance market research and analysis
  • Liaise with internal/external parties on reinsurance queries
  • Other ad hoc duties as assigned by the company


  • Degree holder with minimum 1 to 2 years work experience in insurance/reinsurance related fields
  • Analytical, meticulous and numerate
  • Possess relevant insurance/reinsurance qualification will be an added advantage
  • Possess good interpersonal and communications skills
  • Able to work independently as well as in a team
