Ensure operational efficiency, to oversee day-to-day operations of all distribution support services and functions. These include appointment, termination of advisers, replacement of policies, transfer of policies, orphan policies management etc.
Manage all commission, production bonus and incentives payout and recovery in an accurate and timely manner.
Responsible for generating performance management reports, regulatory reports.
Responsible for data integrity for compensation and sales.
Responsible for evaluating work processes and system enhancements for both backend and frontend systems.
Regular review and maintain user guides and SOPs ‘Responsible for corporate & regulatory reporting (CPF/MAS/LIA etc), enquiries, surveys and audit matters.
Oversee User Acceptance Testing (UAT) initiatives for product launches, compensation and related systems etc.
Handle enquiries and feedback from distribution partners.
Render support to resolve ongoing production issues of systems.
Job Requirements:
Degree holder in any discipline.
M5, M9, M9A & HI (optional).
At least 5 years of relevant experience in distribution management.
Able to co-opt stakeholders and manage distribution demands.
Knowledgeable in regulatory and compliance requirements for insurance.
Relevant experience in compensation management and system application.
Highly driven, meticulous and independent with excellent written and communication skills.
