Job Description :
Achieve set KPIs and complete Major Tasks assigned.
Liaise and manage intermediaries in communication of company’s products, policies, campaigns and monitor their performance and credit status etc.
Attend to clients’ enquiries, feedback and complaints.
Servicing of assigned agents/brokers/intermediaries for all underwriting matters including referral quotations, renewals, endorsements and IT requests.
Handling motor fleet quotations, renewals and policy issuance.
Check quotations issued by intermediaries and assist in NCD and claims verification.
Handling all business transactions done by intermediaries under his/her charge including:
Issue 7 days Cancellation Notice
Processing of cancellation endorsements
Review of renewal policies
Issue and release policies from all payment channels
Follow up on outstanding premium
Monitor documentation submission by intermediaries.
Conducting audit checks on business submitted by intermediaries.
Counter/hotline duties during lunch time and/or as scheduled.
Any other duties assigned by the Company / HOD
